Coca Cola

DFS was selected to provide Project Management Services for a tenant improvement project to renovate and relocate the Client into available office space in the Cincinnati area. DFS worked with the Client as a single point of contact to manage the construction of the space, relocation of the tenants, and decommissioning of the previous space. The overwhelming satisfaction of this Client led to additional project work to support their growing real estate needs.

Health Source

This facility is designed as a 2 story facility that houses primary care services. The building is arranged around a central spine of support spaces such as nurse stations, pharmacy, lab, triage nurses, and check in/out areas and and 6 exam rooms. Funded by the Federal AARA, the project is designed for LEED Silver Certification.

Wilmington College

DFS provided an assessment of the status of construction being performed by the general contractor hired to expand and renovate Kettering Hall. The College chose to replace them with a new contractor. DFS provided On-Site support during the transition, secured the asset, negotiated subcontract settlements, worked to replace the G.C., resolved construction deficiencies, constructibility problems, and assisted the College in developing a recovery plan, including litigation support.
